My fitness journey started at 20 when I began coaching group fitness (11 years ago 🤯), and I instantly fell in love with helping women feel strong and confident. Watching women lift heavier, put on muscle, and actually enjoy the process ignited a fire inside me I didn’t even know existed.
In 2020, when group fitness shut down, I found myself lifting on my own in the gym. I’ll be honest—the first time I stepped onto the weight room floor, I cried from overwhelm. I didn’t have a plan, didn’t know what I was doing—but when I finally started following a structured plan, everything changed. Fast forward to 2022, and I created The LIFTWITHLIV Method app to help women just like me overcome their fear of the weight room, step into their power, and build muscle and confidence through lifting. More than that, I wanted to create a community of like-minded women to support each other. And now, I’m here to help you do the same.
